Shipping Policy
I understand that you are anxiously anticipating the arrival of your order placed with me here at Beaded Socks By Gigi. Please understand that all of my items are customer hand made at the time your order is placed.  Orders are usually ready for shipment within 7-10 days, however it may take longer during the busy holiday seasons.  If you need it sooner, please email me at janette@beadedsocksbygigi.com.

Once your order is ready for shipment, it will be sent via USPS first class mail.  You will then receive a shipment confirmation notice.

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Due to varying shipping rates from country to country, please do not use the shopping cart as it has been set up for US orders only. For orders outside the United States, please contact me for a shipping quote at janette@beadedsocksbygigi.com. A PayPal invoice will be sent once I receive an order confirmation from you. Please email me with the following information:

  • List of items you would like to order
  • Shipping information
  • Email address

Payments are accepted through PayPal in US funds only.

Shipping is based on total purchase as listed below and is for US addresses only:

  • $0 - $99.99 = $6.25 S&H
  • $100 or more = FREE

All items are made to order and will shipped within 7-10 business days.

I have set up a PayPal shopping cart, allowing you to pay through your PayPal account via your checking, savings or even credit cards.

Return Policy

I strive for complete customer satisfaction. *If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 10 days of receipt and an exchange or store credit will be offered.  All exchange returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.  Store credits will be the purchase amount less shipping.  All returns must be in the original packaging and original condition.

Backorders
Occasionally I am out of stock on certain items. I will ship orders that are ready and backorder any items not in stock.  We will automatically send your backordered items when available.

Conditions of Use

I advise my customers to never leave a young child unattended while using my products. My products contain small parts that could potentially become a choking hazard.  By placing an order you agree that Beaded Socks By Gigi accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using my products.
